Ces rencontres internationales, sont ouvertes à l’ensemble des pays de la francophonie et en particulier à l’Afrique francophone. Elles sont un rendez-vous unique pour renforcer les échanges entre les différents acteurs (recherche-enseignement, entreprises, instituts…) pour un développement durable des légumineuses dans les systèmes agricoles et les filières.
Pour la terre et les hommes, les légumineuses au cœur de l’innovation
Les légumineuses, formidable vivier d’innovations, sont un levier majeur pour relever les défis mondiaux du changement climatique et de la sécurité alimentaire.
Grâce à leur capacité à fixer l’azote atmosphérique et à leurs propriétés nutritionnelles, les légumineuses sont au cœur des transitions agroécologiques, environnementales et alimentaires.
Les regards croisés de ces journées favoriseront la construction de stratégies et de partenariats pour le développement des légumineuses.
Ces rencontres s’intéressent à l’ensemble des légumineuses – à graines, fourragères ou ligneuses – et visent à couvrir la diversité des systèmes agricoles dans lesquels elles sont insérées, ainsi que la diversité de leurs usages en alimentation humaine, animale et non-alimentaire.

The third conference ICNAS 2017 is a scientific event that brings together scientific expertise on several areas of scientific research. This biennial conference is the successor of the conference ICNAS 2013 and ICNAS 2015. In fact, the areas of interest ICNAS 2017 are valid with a cross between different research themes. Through this conference, the scientific frontiers are pushed and multidisciplinary investigations allow researchers and young researchers to propose their ideas and contributions. The conference deals with topics relating to networking, management and systems that revolve around this technology. The systems are advanced systems by their design, implementation and applications.
We invite you to submit your original technical papers to this event. Accepted and presented papers will be published in the ICNAS’2017 Conference Proceedings. Extended version of selected high-quality papers will be considered for publication in the international journals.
ICNAS 2017 is organized by the Networks and Systems Laboratory – LRS . It will take place at the Badji Mokhtar University in Annaba from 13 -14 December 2017.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
All submissions must be original, unpublished, and not considered elsewhere for publication. The initial submission for review will be limited to 6 pages, including references, figures and tables (at least 10pt font, 2-column format). The papers accepted and presented in ICNAS 2017 will be published in the conference proceedings.

We're closing submissions for FTC 2017 on 15th April and hope you'll consider submitting your paper(s).
Future Technologies Conference (FTC) attracts researchers, scientists and technologists from some of the top companies, universities, research firms and government agencies from around the world in the areas of Computing, Electronics, AI, Robotics, Security & Communications.
Each paper will be reviewed by at least three regular PC members or two senior PC members. The acceptance decisions will take into account paper novelty, technical depth, elegance, practical or theoretic impact, and presentation.
Conference agenda will include paper presentations, poster sessions and project demonstrations, along with prominent keynote speakers and industrial workshops.

Previous Edition (2016): Three hundred of some of the world’s top minds in technology and computing convened in San Francisco at the first Future Technologies Conference (FTC) 2016. The conference showcased deliberations from reputed researchers and technology leaders including a keynote by Laura Haas, an IBM Fellow and Director of IBM Research's Accelerated Discovery Lab. Proceedings were published in IEEE Xplore.
Other speakers included James Loudermilk - Senior Level Technologist at the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Science and Technology Branch, Ruzena Bajcsy, Professor at theUniversity of California, Berkeley, Ella Atkins Professor of Aerospace Engineering at the University of Michigan, Bin He - Director of Institute for Engineering in Medicine, University of Minnesota.
