-The Directorate is in charge of:

• Promoting the university's relations with its socio-economic environment, and initiating programs of partnership.
• Promoting the inter universities exchanges and cooperation in the fields of teaching and research.
• Undertaking actions of entertainment and communication.
• Taking actions in entertainment and communication.
• Organizing and promoting scientific events.
• Assuring the monitoring of the programs of enhancement and of the teacher's training, and enssuring their coherence.

It is composed of two directorates and two services:

• The directorate of promotion and inter universities exchanges, and of cooperation.
• Elaboration of national and international conventions.
• Directorate of relations with the socio economic sector.

And of two services:

• The service of interuniversities exchanges, of cooperation and of partnership
• The monitoring of logistics and of cooperation
• Establishment of the ticketing and orders of missions
• Organization of scientific events
• Provision of accomodation and catering
• Refund of mission expenses and of abroad internships
• Billing: ticketing, accomodation and catering
• The service of entertainment, of communication, and of the scientific events
