A minute of silence: Students, teachers, staff, and workers, on October 17, 2023, at 11:00 AM, at the central square of Constantine 1 University, Frères Mentouri, in memory of the souls of the martyrs of the October 17, 1961 massacre that took place in the French capital, Paris.
