In order to foster human capacity resources in developing countries, and to promote international
understanding and friendship between different nations and Canadian people, the government of
the Federal State of Canada provides UNESCO for the academic year 2022 - 2023, as part of the
UNESCO fellowships programme with 1600 fellowships for the benefit of invited member states and
especially the least advanced countries in Africa and Asia Pacific. This call for candidacy is opened to
students of 1st, 2nd and 3rd cycles admitted to a full -time study programme.
To apply and benefit from detailed information on the programme, you have to first submit a cover
letter and attach two (02) identity photos by requesting the application form from Mr. Stoyan
Bantchev, head of the section of the UNESCO fellowships programme through the following E-mail:
