BOURSES DE MOBILITÉ POUR LA  COLOMBIE

·         Bourses pour Etudiants Etrangers en Colombie

Présentation du programme
            Par le biais de ce programme, l'ICETEX (Instituto Colombiano de Crédito y Estudios Técnicos en el Exterior) offre des bourses pour des étudiants au niveau de troisième cycle, à des citoyens étrangers provenant de pays qui, à leur tour, concèdent des bourses aux étudiants colombiens, en vertu de la réciprocité des conventions existantes.

Durée 
            Les bourses de troisième cycle en Colombie auront une durée de 12 mois pour les spécialisations, avec la possibilité de prolongement jusqu'à une période égale pour les masters et de 36 mois pour les doctorats. Une évaluation préalable de la candidature sera effectuée par ICETEX, à qui il faudra présenter un dossier.

Dates limites de candidature
            La documentation exigée pour se porter candidat doit être présentée en Colombie auprès de l'Ambassade du pays dont le candidat est ressortissant. Seulement dans le cas où il n'existe pas de représentation diplomatique ou consulaire en Colombie, les Ambassades ou les Consulats colombiens à l'étranger seront chargés de recevoir les dossiers et de les transmettre au Bureau des Relations Internationales de l'ICETEX à Bogota.

 Pour la présentation des dossiers auprès de la mission diplomatique du pays d'origine en Colombie, la date limite est fixée au 21 novembre. Les coordonnées de l'Ambassade de France en Colombie sont :

            Pour voir la liste complète des Ambassades et Consulats Etrangers en Colombie, vous pouvez consulter le site web du Ministère des Affaires Etrangères : www.cancilleria.gov.co.

            Si la documentation doit être présentée auprès des missions diplomatiques de Colombie à l'étranger, la date limite est fixée au 14 novembre. Ceci n'est valable que pour les ressortissants des pays qui n'ont pas de représentation en Colombie.

            Les Ambassades et les Consulats étrangers en Colombie doivent présenter formellement les dossiers à l'ICETEX au plus tard, le 28 novembre (Carrera 3 N° 18-32, 6eme étage, Bureau de Relations Internationales, Bogota, Colombie)

Toute demande incomplète ou présentée hors les dates limites ne sera pas étudiée.

Résultats
            A partir de la troisième semaine de janvier, les candidats sélectionnés seront informés des résultats par courrier électronique. Les résultats seront aussi disponibles sur la page web de l ICETEX (wwww.icetex.gov.co)

1ـ 09:00: ـ افتتاح المعرض العلمي والثقافي  للنوادي العلمية التابعة للجامعة من طرف السيد الوالي والسلطات المحلية للولاية .

2ـ  09:15 : ـ كلمة ترحيبية.

3ـ 09:30   : - قراءة كلمة بالمناسبة من طرف الطلبة.

4  ـ  09:45  :- مداخلة من طرف البروفيسور " صالح بلعيد " رئيس المجلس الأعلى للغة العربية.

5ـ  10:10: ـ شهادة تاريخية للمجاهد و الدبلوماسي السيد "محمد الصالح بن القبي".

6ـ  10:30 : ـ شهادة تاريخية للمجاهد السيد "حمروشي محمد الصغير".

7ـ 10:50 : ـ تسليم الشهادات و التكريمات للضيوف والطلبة  المتفوقين في المسابقات الثقافية

و المنافسات الرياضية.

8ـ 12:00: ـ تقديم عرض مسرحي.

9ـ 13:00 : ـ تقديم عروض رياضية بساحة الجامعة.

SCOPE The committee of EMCEI-2017 invites research papers on all crosscutting themes of environmental sciences and engineering, principally focusing on the following major topics: Topic 1: Innovation Approaches & Methods for Environmental Sustainability Topic 2: Environmental Risk Assessment, Bioremediation, Ecotoxicology & Environmental Safety Topic 3: Water Resources Assessment, Planning, Protection & Management Topic 4: Environmental Engineering & Management Topic 5: Natural Resources (Characterization, Assessment, Management & Valorisation) Topic 6: Intelligence Techniques in Renewable Energy (Biomass, Wind, Waste, Solar) Topic 7: Sustainable Management of Marine Environment & Coastal Areas Topic 8: Remote Sensing & GIS for Geo-Environmental Investigations Topic 9: Environmental Impacts of Geo/Natural Hazards (Earthquakes, Landslides, Volcanic & Marine Hazards) Topic 10: Environmental Health Sciences (Natural & Social Impacts on Human Health) EMCEI-2017 is dedicated to the knowledge-sharing among researchers in the Euro-Mediterranean region. It is organized by the Editorial Board of Euro-Mediterranean Journal for Environmental Integration (EMJEI) in collaboration with Springer. IMPORTANT DATES Paper (max. 2 pages) Submission Deadline: 15 May 2017 Notification of Paper Acceptance:  1 July 2017 Registration Deadline: 1 October 2017 Notification of Paper Selection (in Special Issues): 15 December 2017 PUBLICATIONS Conference Proceedings All accepted (short) papers will be published in the conference proceedings by Springer. Registeredauthor of each accepted paper will receive the "Springer Certificate of Participation" certifying that the paper is accepted for publication in the conference proceedings and also for presentation as an oral communication during the conference. Awards The scientific committee will provide awards for the best 10 papers from each topic covered by the conference (see Topics).
