Le laboratoire de l’alimentation, la nutrition et la santé a organisé du 12 au 15 mai 2014 un colloque international sur la restauration collective durable. Cette manifestation a réuni des chercheurs de l’Algérie, la France. Un work shop a été tenu sur les enjeux de la bonne gestion du gaspillage et des déchets pour l’environnement durable de la restauration collective.
