- The VRPGR, headed by Professor Boufendi toufik, assures the composed functions, that are in parallel with the field of pedagogy. Invested in this large mission, and in accordance with the law of orientation and of the program on the research (08/22/98), the VRPGR develops the necessary mechanisms to attain the objectives set by the University:

• Provides the Doctoral training with its assets of success.

Restores the function of research:  

• Installation of laboratories and management of research projects.
• Promotes the scientific research and technological development.
• Ensures the publications of the researchers' intellectual productions.
• Maintains and develops the university scientific and cultural cooperations in national and international terms.

Its organization includes four directions:

• Scientific Research
• Academic Publications and scientific entertainement.
• National and Foreign Cooperation.
