شهدت جامعة قسنطينة 1 الإخوة منتوري يوم 13 نوفمبر 2025 اجتماعاً مهماً خُصّص لعرض خطة عمل وتحديث مركز تكنولوجيات الإعلام والاتصال والممارسات البيداغوجية NTICPP/ICTPP، قدّمته الدكتورة نجمة جزار بصفتها المديرة الجديدة للمركز. حضر اللقاء مدير الجامعة ونواب المدير المكلفون بالبيداغوجيا والعلاقات الخارجية، إضافة إلى عمداء الكليات ونوابهم المكلفين بالبيداغوجيا وما بعد التدرّج، والمسؤولين عن التعليم عن بعد على مستوى الكليات، وأعضاء الخلايا التابعة للمركز، وأعضاء مكتب استراتيجية الرقمنة، إلى جانب فريق مركز NTICPP/ICTPP. وقد تضمن العرض رؤية شاملة لتحديث المركز وفق مقاربة 4.0 وتحويله إلى فضاء حديث يشكّل قطباً تكنولوجياً متعدد الثقافات والتخصصات، مع إبراز آفاق تعزيز الابتكار البيداغوجي والتحول الرقمي داخل الجامعة. وتميز اللقاء بنقاشات بنّاءة عكست التزام جميع الحاضرين بدعم التطوير الرقمي وتعزيز جودة التعليم العالي.

 

November the 13th, 2025, the University of Constantine 1 Frères Mentouri hosted an important working session dedicated to presenting the Action and Modernization Plan of the NTICPP/ICTPP Center, delivered by Dr. Nedjma Djezzar in her capacity as the newly appointed director of the center. The session was attended by the Rector, the Vice-Rectors for pedagogy and external relations, the Deans of the faculties, the Vice-Deans responsible for pedagogy and postgraduate studies, the e-learning coordinators across the faculties, the members of the units affiliated with the center, the members of the Digital Strategy Office, as well as the NTICPP/ICTPP team. The presentation introduced a comprehensive vision for modernizing the center according to the 4.0 framework and for transforming it into a modern space serving as a technological, multicultural, and multidisciplinary hub, while highlighting new perspectives for strengthening digital innovation and pedagogical development within the university. The meeting was marked by constructive discussions reflecting a shared commitment to advancing digital transformation and enhancing the quality of higher education.
