Le ministère de l’enseignement supérieur et de la recherche scientifique est destinataire d’une offre de  bourses d’études, émanant du gouvernement indien par le truchement du conseil indien pour les relations culturelles (ICCR), des bourses d’études pour le 3^ème cycle et les études supérieure. 

Ce programme, est destiné aux étudiants qui souhaitant poursuivre des études supérieures en Inde à titre individuel de niveau (Master ou Doctorat) dont l’âge est limité a 30 ans, ils peuvent postuler uniquement aux bourses d’études octroyées par le Gouvernement Indien. 

Les informations détaillées sur le processus de demande de ces bourses en ligne sur le portail A2A et sur la procédure et les conditions d’admission sont disponible sur le site suivant : www.a2ascholarships.iccr.gov.in, qui doivent s’effectuer au plus tard le 31 mai 2022.

 After obtaining his baccalaureate in 1976, he joined the University of Science  and Technology Houari-Boumediene (USTHB) where he obtained a diploma of  advanced studies in physics in 1980. Subsequently, he obtained a scholarship to study at Stanford University in California the United States where he obtained a Masters and Ph.D. degrees in applied physics and materials science and engineering. He worked in various microelectronic research centers such as in New York at IBM , in Tokyo for NEC , and in California for Google, Rambus, Xperi and SiliconPipe as well as teaching for a short time at the University of Biskra. He is a prolific inventor with over 500 issued US patents and over 1500 filled patent applications worldwide
