Doctor Embarek FERKOUS directs the Vice Rectorate in charge of Development, prospective, and Orientation that manages operations with major scales.

He mainly:

Assures the study and the launching of the planified operations related to the achievement of academic infrastructure works, and of research.

• The acquisition of academic and scientific equipments.
• The development works and the extension of the different academic structure of the University.
• The elaboration and updating of the University statistics guide.

His administrative structure is composed of:

• The Directorate of Statistics
• The Trades Service

Two Offices:

• Monitoring the operations of the infrastructures achievement
• Monitoring the operations of equipments' acquisition
